Receipts & Claims
We provide itemised receipts to support insurance or ACC claims. If your insurer requires additional information, our team can assist.
Insurance (Southern Cross, NIB & others)
Payment is required on the day unless you have prior approval from your insurer.
If you have a Southern Cross Wellbeing One policy (non-surgical), you can pay on the day and claim back from Southern Cross.
Bring your policy details and any pre-approval documents to your appointment.
ACC Cover
If you have an accepted ACC claim, your specialist consultation is covered with no surcharge.
If imaging is required, a small x-ray fee may be payable directly to Auckland Radiology Group.
Bring your ACC number and any ACC paperwork with you.
